Abstract:
An atomizer and an aerosol generating device. By forming an auxiliary air channel (3) that is communicated with an air inlet hole (4) and a vapor outlet (15) on a liquid storage member (1), when a vent hole (25) and/or an air guide channel (16) of the atomizer are blocked by a viscous aerosol forming substrate, external air can be directly guided to the vapor outlet (15) through the air inlet hole (4) and the auxiliary air channel (3) under the action of negative pressure formed by vaping of a user, such that a pneumatic switch (84) can sense a change in air flow or air pressure to trigger the aerosol generating device to start working. Then, heat generated after an atomization core (21) is energized can heat the viscous aerosol forming substrate, such that the fluidity of the viscous aerosol forming substrate is improved to release the phenomenon of blocking the vent hole (25) and/or the air guide channel (16), and prevent unsmooth airflow circulation caused by the fact that a viscous aerosol forming substrate having poor fluidity can easily block the vent hole (25) of the atomization core, thereby causing a microphone switch to be difficult to be triggered and started to affect the normal use of the aerosol generating device.
