Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are an atomizer and an aerosol generating device. The atomizer comprises a housing, and a liquid storage cavity and an atomization assembly that are arranged in the housing, wherein the atomization assembly is located on one side of the liquid storage cavity; the atomization assembly comprises a heating element and a liquid guide element; the liquid guide element comprises a main body portion and at least one extension portion, and the heating element is connected to the main body portion; and the atomization assembly is provided with at least one liquid guide hole and an accommodating cavity that is used to temporarily store a liquid matrix, the extension portion can extend into the accommodating cavity, and the accommodating cavity is arranged away from the liquid storage cavity. In the atomizer, the liquid guide element is provided with the extension portion that can be used to guide out the excess liquid matrix, which can prevent the accumulation of the excess liquid matrix near the heating element; and the extension portion also extends into the accommodating cavity, such that the accommodating cavity can further temporarily store the excess liquid matrix.
