Abstract:
Disclosed are an atomizing core material, an atomizing core and a preparation method therefor, and an electronic atomizing apparatus. The material is a plant polysaccharide aerogel material having a fine porous structure of microscopic tissue. The atomizing core comprises a heating body and a porous body, the porous body being made of a plant polysaccharide aerogel material. The preparation method for an atomizing core comprises: using a plant polysaccharide containing cellulose as a raw material, pre-treating the plant polysaccharide to prepare cellulose; dissolving the plant polysaccharide in a solvent to obtain a plant polysaccharide sol having a cellulose concentration of 1-20%; placing a heating body within a mold; then injecting the plant polysaccharide sol into the mold; aging the plant polysaccharide sol within the mold to obtain the plant polysaccharide gel; and after passing through drying, removing the solvent from the interior of the gel to obtain a product. The material and the atomizing core of the present invention have high porosity, low thermal conductivity and good uniformity, and the preparation method can achieve continuous large-scale production.
