Abstract:
Provided is an attachment structure for a latch receiver such that it is possible to attach a latch receiver to a frame having a narrow casing. In an attachment structure for a latch receiver (20) in which the latch receiver (20), which has a recessed part (20a) that engages with a latch bolt provided to a hinged door, is attached to a door leading end–side frame (3a): a cut-out part (24) that arrives at an outside surface (12) is formed in an inside surface (11) which is a jamb of the frame (3a); the latch receiver (20) is inserted into the cut-out part (24); and at least a portion of the recessed part (20a) of the latch receiver (20) is disposed within the cut-out part (24).
