Abstract:
The present application relates to an attention-based text classification method and apparatus. The method comprises: S11, acquiring text to be classified; S12, mapping said text into a word vector, and taking the word vector as input data of a convolution kernel screening unit; S13, initializing a convolution kernel of the convolution kernel screening unit; S14, generating an attention vector according to the input data, wherein the attention vector represents the weight of each channel; S15, performing weighted aggregation on the convolution kernel according to the attention vector to generate an aggregated convolution kernel; S16, performing convolution on the input data by using the aggregated convolution kernel to obtain a feature map vector after convolution; S17, taking the feature map vector as input data, repeatedly executing steps S13-S16 M times, and taking a last obtained feature map vector as an output vector of the convolution kernel screening unit; and S18, performing full connection on the output vector and then performing normalization processing, so as to obtain a classification result of said text. By means of the present application, convolution calculation is reduced from multiple times to one time, and the number of feature maps after convolution is reduced, thereby reducing the calculation complexity.
