Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an attitude angle estimation device that accurately estimates the attitude angle of an acceleration sensor over a wide range. [Solution] An attitude angle estimation device (10) is provided with a rough estimation unit (12) and an accurate estimation unit (14). The rough estimation unit (12) estimates a rough estimate value for the attitude angle of an acceleration sensor (17) on the basis of the acceleration acquired from the acceleration sensor (17). An accurate estimation unit (14) estimates the attitude angle more accurately than the rough estimation unit (12) on the basis of the rough estimate value and the acceleration. The rough estimation unit (12) estimates the attitude angle over a wider area than the accurate estimation unit (14).
