Abstract:
An authentication system (S) includes a user device (30) and an authentication device (20). The user device (30) includes: a conversion information acquisition unit (302) that acquires conversion information for converting authentication information that is different from biological information; a conversion unit (303) that converts authentication information on the basis of the conversion information; and an information transmission unit (304) that transmits converted authentication information and biological information to the authentication device (20). The authentication device (20) includes: an information reception unit (201) that receives converted authentication information and the biological information from the user device (30); an inverse transformation information acquisition unit (203) that acquires inverse transformation information for performing an inverse transformation of the converted authentication information; an inverse transformation unit (204) for performing inverse transformation of the transformed authentication information on the basis of the inverse transformation information; and a multi-factor authentication unit (205) that executes multi-factor authentication on the basis of the authentication information that was subjected to inverse transformation by the inverse transformation unit (204) and biological information.
