Abstract:
Provided is an automated analyzer capable of highly accurately detecting a dispensing state even if pressure pulsation is produced by dispensing syringe operation or by probe operation before/after dispensing. An automated analyzer (101) comprises: a probe (202) that has a container (208) filled with fluid and a pressure source and is for fractionating the fluid within the container (208); a drive unit (206) for moving the probe (202); a flow path (203) connecting the probe (202) and pressure source; a pressure sensor (214) for measuring the pressure fluctuation within the flow path (203); a storage unit (220) for storing time-series measurement data from the pressure sensor (214); a sensor (222) for detecting the liquid level position inside the container (208); and a position determination unit for determining the position of the flow path (203) or probe (202). The automated analyzer (101) estimates the state of the flow produced in the flow path on the basis of the time-series measurement data and the position information for the flow path (203) or probe (202) from the position determination unit.
