Abstract:
The present invention relates to an automated device for cutting an annular weld bead joining two cylindrical parts assembled end-to-end. The device comprises: a mount (1); motorised means (2) for rotating the mount (1); centring means (30, 31, 32); cutting means (4) comprising at least one deburring tool (40) for deburring to a deburring depth, and a machining tool (41) for machining to a machining depth, greater than the deburring depth, the tools (40, 41) being mounted so as to be able to move radially; means for applying force to the cutting tools (40, 41); and stop means suitable for limiting the radial movement of the tools (40, 41).
