Abstract:
Disclosed is an automated cooking appliance system for human-to-human collaboration. An automated cooking appliance system for human-to-human collaboration according to an embodiment of the present invention mainly comprises: a first cooking unit equipped with a cookware in which food material is stored and cooked, and an optical information detecting device mounted adjacent to the cookware so as to detect a cooking state of the food material in real time and transmit it to a control unit; an output unit that is disposed adjacent to the first cooking unit, operates according to a control signal received from the control unit, and outputs, to an operator, information about food material to be stored in the cookware of the first cooking unit using visual and auditory means according to input timing; and a control unit that is mounted adjacent to the output unit, identifies the cooking state of the food material on the basis of the information obtained from the optical information detecting device, predicts the total cooking completion time, and transmits a control signal to the output unit on the basis of the predicted result value.
