Abstract:
An automated heat-insulating paper cup manufacturing device. The manufacturing device comprises: a supporting frame (1), a lifting rod (11) being installed at the top of the supporting frame (1), and a mold (7) being installed at the bottom of the lifting rod (11); conveyor belts installed at the top of the supporting frame (1), the conveyor belts being used for conveying raw materials; and a forming assembly (4) installed at the top of the supporting frame (1), the forming assembly (4) being used for cooperating with the mold (7). The forming assembly (4) comprises a rotating disc (43), a mold recess being formed in the top of the rotating disc (43); and the rotating disc (43) is driven to rotate by an auxiliary motor installed at the top of the supporting frame (1). The manufacturing device uses the mold cooperating with the rotating disc capable of self-rotating, so as to press the raw materials into a cup shape, thus effectively solving the technical problems that one-shot forming cannot be achieved and the production efficiency is low when existing paper cup manufacturing devices are in use.
