Abstract:
An automated packaging production line for a storage battery comprises a conveying belt (1), a conveying assembly, a battery detection assembly, a battery packaging assembly, and a battery encasing assembly. The above assemblies are installed at the conveying belt (1). The battery detection assembly and the battery packaging assembly are provided with battery lifting and positioning mechanisms realizing separation of a battery from the conveying belt. The automated packaging production line for a storage battery significantly reduces labor costs for corporations and increases productivity. Moreover, stability of mechanical equipment can greatly reduce a reject percentage of storage battery products in a production process, thereby reducing waste, enabling appearance specifications of the products to remain substantially consistent, and providing a pleasant visual effect to the storage battery products.
