Abstract:
An automated sensor screening testing apparatus, comprising a cabinet body and, arranged in the cabinet body, transfer mechanisms which carry a tested electrode sheet (61) to move in the cabinet body, and move the tested electrode sheet (61) to a clamping piece carrier plate (18), a test device (3), a cleaning device (4), an air shower device (5) and the clamping piece carrier plate in sequence, a test device (3) which is provided with an immersion liquid bath (31) and test boards (32), the tested electrode sheet (61) being immersed in the immersion liquid bath (31), test probes provided on the test boards (32) being in contact with the tested electrode sheet (61), and the test probes being connected to a computer by means of shielded wires, a cleaning device (4) which is provided with a cleaning recess (41) and cleaning nozzles (42), the cleaning nozzles (42) being aimed at the tested electrode sheet (61) for performing pure water spraying cleaning, and an air shower device (5) which is provided with an air shower recess (51) and air shower micro holes (52), the air shower micro holes (52) being aim at the tested electrode sheet (61) for performing air shower drying.
