Abstract:
Disclosed are an automated three-dimensional assembly line for PC component production and a production process thereof. The automated three-dimensional assembly line for PC component production comprises a first mold platform lifter, an upper assembly line and a lower assembly line. A spraying station, a mold mounting station, a reinforcement cage mounting station, a mold fixing station and a pre-embedded part mounting station are sequentially arranged in the upper assembly line, and a material distributing station, a vibrating station, a pre-curing kiln, a steam-curing kiln and a demolding station are sequentially arranged in the lower assembly line. An upper conveying point of the first mold platform lifter is located at the end of the upper assembly line, and a lower conveying point of the first mold platform lifter is located at the start of the lower assembly line. A material distributing machine and a concrete vibrating machine are arranged on the material distributing station and the vibrating station, respectively. According to the automated three-dimensional assembly line for PC component production, the double-layer arrangement can reduce the footprint by 45% as compared to a conventional PC production line, thus reducing the land use cost for enterprises while improving the production efficiency and quality.
