Abstract:
An automatic adhesive tape attachment tool for a front windshield trim of an automobile, comprising a base (3) and a drive motor (2). A first groove is provided in the base (3); rotating wheels and a circulating belt (4) are mounted in the first groove; the output shaft of the drive motor (2) is connected to one of the rotating wheels; guide wheel sets, a pressing wheel (8), and a pre-pressing wheel (9) are provided above the base (3); each of the guide wheel sets comprises two first guide wheels (7); the two first guide wheels (7) of the same set are respectively arranged on either side of the first groove; a first guide passage is formed between the outer surfaces of the two first guide wheels (7) of the same set. The front windshield trim of the automobile is conveyed by the circulating belt (4); during the conveying process, the front windshield trim of the automobile is located in the first guide passage; an 3M adhesive tape is preliminarily attached to the front windshield trim of the automobile by means of the pre-pressing wheel (9), and is then attached to the front windshield trim of the automobile by means of the pressing wheel (8), thereby implementing the automatic attachment of the 3M adhesive tape to the front windshield trim of the automobile, reducing the labor intensity of employees, improving the production capacity and product quality, reducing the scrap rate, and reducing production costs.
