Abstract:
A detergent reservoir (101) has a cleaning liquid supply port (102), a detergent supply port (103), and a liquid discharge port (104) and stores detergent for washing the probe of a sample dispensing mechanism. A mechanism control unit (20) performs a first control in which if prescribed conditions for the cleaning of the detergent reservoir (101) are not met and the amount of remaining detergent stored in the detergent reservoir (101) is below a prescribed amount, a pump (117) is driven and the amount of remaining detergent is made to be a prescribed amount, and a second control in which if prescribed conditions for the cleaning of the detergent reservoir (101) are met, a solenoid valve (105) is opened so that the detergent in the detergent reservoir (101) is discharged; after the detergent in the detergent reservoir (101) is discharged, the solenoid valve (105) is closed; a pump (114) is driven; and cleaning water is supplied to the detergent reservoir (101).
