Abstract:
An automatic assembling apparatus for a blower wheel. The automatic assembling apparatus for the blower wheel comprises a bottom plate (1) and a ram head support (2), a rotating disc (3) and a rotating disc driving member (32) are provided on the bottom plate, an upper ram head (4) and an upper ram head driving member (41) are provided on the ram head support, a lower ram head (5) is provided between the rotating disc and the bottom plate, a lower ram head driving member (51) is provided at the lower side of the bottom plate, a through hole (34) matching the lower ram head is formed in the rotating disc, and the upper ram head and the lower ram head can enable fixed end heads (94) on blades (91) to be bent in a forward and reverse staggered mode. According to the automatic assembling apparatus for the blower wheel, by providing the upper ram head and the lower ram head, the fixed end heads at the upper side and the lower side of the blower wheel are bent at the same time, and the bending speed is high; and furthermore, the upper ram head and the lower ram head can enable the fixed end heads on the blades to be bent in a forward and reverse staggered mode, and the connection stability is good.
