Abstract:
An automatic assembling machine for a clock base and a bottom cover of a clock, comprising a machine frame (10); a workpiece positioning device (20) disposed on the machine frame (10) and used for placing a clock base and bottom cover to be assembled; a lifting mechanism (30) disposed on the machine frame (10); a first driving mechanism (40) disposed on the machine frame (10) and used for driving the lifting mechanism (30) to make linear up and down movements; a rotating mechanism (50) disposed on the lifting mechanism (30) and used for driving the bottom cover to rotate so that the bottom cover is screwed on the clock base; and a second driving mechanism (60) disposed on the lifting mechanism (30) and used for driving the rotating mechanism (50) to rotate. Also provided is an assembling method for the clock base and the bottom cover. The present automatic assembling machine and assembling method achieve automated operation, effectively improve product assembly efficiency and assembly quality, and avoid the problems in existing technology of inaccurate alignment, time-consuming alignment and low efficiency caused by means of manual assembly.
