An automatic back scrubbing device, comprising a housing (1), a scrubbing head module (2), eccentric rotating arms (3), a fixed bottom plate (4) and a power driving device (5). The scrubbing head module (2) is arranged outside the housing (1), and the eccentric rotating arms (3), the fixed bottom plate (4) and the power driving device (5) are arranged inside the housing (1); and the scrubbing head module (2) is connected to the plurality of eccentric rotating arms (3) by means of first bearings (6). The plurality of eccentric rotating arms (3) comprise power driving arms (31) and driven rotating arms (32), wherein the other end of each of the power driving arms (31) is connected to the power driving device (5) by means of second bearings (7), and the other end of each of the driven rotating arms (32) is connected to the fixed bottom plate (4) by means of third bearings (8). The automatic back scrubbing device is safer, and a mechanical portion which is in contact with a human body or can be in contact with the human body only performs a translation type rotary movement, such that the possibility of damage caused by means of hair and towels being drawn into the scrubbing device is reduced.
