Abstract:
Disclosed is an automatic bag stacking machine for bagged objects, belonging to the technical field of stacking apparatuses. The automatic bag stacking machine comprises a machine head (2), a conveying device (3) for conveying bagged objects (1) into the machine head (2), and a movement control device, wherein a bag-throwing device (4) is arranged in the machine head (2), the machine head (2) comprises a fixed frame (5) and a movable frame (6), the movable frame (6) is located below the fixed frame (5), the movement control device comprises a lifting control part for controlling the fixed frame (5) to be lifted, and a horizontal control part for controlling the machine head (2) to move horizontally, and the horizontal control part comprises a first horizontal control mechanism for controlling the machine head (2) to move back and forth in a first horizontal direction, and a second horizontal control mechanism for controlling the movable frame (6) to move back and forth in a second horizontal direction relative to the fixed frame (5). In the automatic bag stacking machine for bagged objects, a transferring device (20) is used for carrying out lifting transferring, and the bagged objects are transferred to the lower portion of the machine head for short-distance bag throwing, such that breakage caused by high-distance bag throwing can be avoided, and the problems of a bag throwing height being too high and the machine head not being flexible when bagged objects are stacked and loaded are solved.
