Abstract:
An automatic blowing control system for a copper converter comprises a slag forming endpoint detection unit (10) for online acquiring, in a slag forming phase, a characteristic spectrum emission intensity signal of PbO and PbS in melt in the copper converter, and a copper manufacturing endpoint detection unit for online acquiring, in a copper manufacturing phase, a gas condensation signal of SO2 in fume in a flue of the copper converter; a data processing unit analyzes and processes the signals acquired by the foregoing units, to determine whether a slag forming endpoint or a copper manufacturing endpoint is reached and control whether to stop blowing.
