Abstract:
Disclosed is an automatic book stacking mechanism, the mechanism comprising a book feeding device (100), a stacking device (200), a rotating device (300), a lifting device (400) and a book pushing device (500). Books are conveyed from the book feeding device (100) to the stacking device (200) where the books are counted and stacked, the books fall into the rotating device (300) after being stacked into a stack in the stacking device (200), the rotating device (300) pushes the stack of books to the lifting device (400), by means of the lifting device (400), the stacked books are conveyed to a book outlet, and then the book pushing device (500) pushes the books out. The lifting device (400) comprises a lifting table (401) and vertical guide rails (402), each of the guide rails (402) is provided with a sliding block (403), the lifting table (401) is locked on three sliding blocks (403), and the lifting device further comprises a lifting air cylinder (404) for driving the lifting table (401) to move along the guide rails (402). The lifting device uses the air cylinder to drive the lifting table to move up and down along the vertical rails, and the books are placed on the lifting table to rise, such that defects of an existing automatic book stacking mechanism using a climbing belt to realize book feeding whereby books are abraded, waste is caused and the production cost increased are overcome.
