Abstract:
The disclosed automatic bread maker (1) is provided with: a main body (10); a bread receptacle (80) housed within the main body (10) and into which bread starting materials are introduced; a rotating axle (82) attached rotatably to the bread receptacle (80); and a blade unit (90), which has pulverizing blade (92) for pulverizing cereal grains, a kneading blade (101) for working bread dough, and a unit shaft (91) in the bread receptacle (80) attached in a manner so as to be non-rotatable relative to the rotating axle (82) and so as to be attachable and detachable from the rotating axle (82).
