Abstract:
The present invention relates to an automatic cable dragging system for a coal shearer. The space in a cable channel is divided into three layers, namely, an upper layer, a middle layer, and a lower layer, by a layering plate assembly; a cable dragging trolley and a cage rope dragging device have the lower parts limited in the middle layer and can only slide back and forth along the length direction of the cable channel; the cage rope dragging device is fixed relative to a coal shearer; a steel wire rope passes through the cable channel in the length direction thereof; one end of the steel wire rope is wrapped around a fixed pulley at the head of a scraper conveyor to be direction-changed and then connected to the cage rope dragging device, and the other end of the steel wire rope is wrapped around a fixed pulley at the tail of the scraper conveyor to be direction changed and then wrapped around a movable pulley of the cable dragging trolley to be direction changed again to return to the tail and be fixed; a cable clamp plate group has one end connected to the coal shearer, the other end fixed at said head, and the middle part moving around a roller of the cable dragging trolley and passing through the cage along the length direction of the cable channel; the relative positions of said tail and said head can be exchanged. According to the present invention, there is no need to input power from the outside, a guide function is provided, the cable clamp plate group in the upper layer does not fall off, the steel wire rope cannot be thrown out, and good safety is achieved.
