Abstract:
An automatic charging system of an industrial robot used for warehousing, relating to the technical field of robots. The automatic charging system comprises a charging workbench (1), the industrial robot (2), and a charging area (3); the charging workbench (1) comprises a charging pile (4), a main control box (6), and a mechanical arm (5); the mechanical arm (5) is used for driving a charging plug (11) to be connected to a charging socket (8) on the industrial robot (2); the main control box (6) is used for controlling the mechanical arm (5), importing control data, and controlling the charging pile (4) to conduct charging; the main control box (6) is in wireless communication connection with the industrial robot (2). Therefore, automated charging is implemented, labor costs are greatly reduced, the design is simple, the fault-tolerant capability is high, the safety and internal integrity of the industrial robot are ensured, and the service life is long.
