Abstract:
An automatic compensation method for right-angle head indexing, and a device, a medium and a product. The method comprises the steps of: acquiring a target angle value, determining whether the target angle value is an integral multiple of the preset indexing of a right-angle head, and if so, jumping to angle deviation compensation; angle deviation compensation, involving performing target angle compensation on the basis of the current angle of the right-angle head, the target angle value and a compensation value; and position deviation compensation, involving acquiring a position deviation value of the current angle and a position deviation value of the target angle value, and performing target position compensation on the basis of the position deviation value of the current angle and the position deviation value of the target angle value. When a user performs indexing, it is only necessary to give a target angle, and a program automatically executes an indexing program, so as to complete right-angle head indexing; and during the execution of the indexing program, an angle deviation compensation program and a position deviation compensation program are automatically called, and the user does not need to greatly change a machining program, such that the operation is easy, thereby improving the machining efficiency and the machining accuracy.
