Abstract:
Disclosed is an automatic cutting and sewing machine for plastic woven bag production. The machine comprises a box body (1), wherein a movable roller (9) is arranged between a discharging roller (3) and a feeding roller (8); an adjusting plate (15) is connected to the bottom of a supporting plate (14); limiting grooves (16) are provided in the front face and the back face of the adjusting plate (15); limiting blocks (17) are slidably connected to the inner sides of the limiting grooves (16); a toothed rail (18) is connected to the right side of the adjusting plate (15); and the right side of the toothed rail (18) is meshed with a gear (19). In the cutting and sewing machine, by means of the cooperation of the gear (19), the toothed rail (18), the adjusting plate (15), the supporting plate (14), a supporting rod (13) and the movable roller (9), when the gear (19) rotates, the gear (19) can drive the adjusting plate (15) to ascend and descend by means of the toothed rail (18), such that the supporting plate (14) can drive the movable roller (9) to ascend and descend by means of the supporting rod (13), thus, when plastic woven bags on the discharging roller (3) are conveyed to the feeding roller (8), the movable roller (9) can abut against the conveyed plastic woven bags, thus, when conveyed, the woven bags can be smoother, and the sewing effect of the plastic woven bags is guaranteed.
