Abstract:
An automatic decoupling mechanism for a vehicle coupler, comprising a coupler knuckle rotary shaft (1), a driving unit (2), a first rotary member (4), a protrusion (5), and a protrusion stopper (6). The driving unit comprises a cylinder (201) hingedly connected to a coupler (3), and a telescopic member (202) axially moving along the cylinder. The first rotary member comprises a crank (401) hingedly connected to the telescopic member, and a rotary part (402) fixedly connected to the crank and sheathed around the coupler knuckle rotary shaft. The telescopic member can be unidirectionally driven by the driving unit, so that the rotary part can drive the coupler knuckle rotary shaft under the effect of contact between the protrusion and the protrusion stopper to unidirectionally rotate, and the vehicle coupler can be decoupled; the coupler knuckle rotary shaft rotates for coupling the vehicle coupler without constraints of the rotary part after the telescopic member is driven by the driving unit to return. The decoupling mechanism is in an automatic decoupling mode, and accordingly, lateral force applied by a coupler knuckle on the driving unit in the vehicle coupler decoupling process can be reduced, and the coupler knuckle can be driven by tension springs to quickly rotate in the vehicle coupler coupling process so as to lock the vehicle coupler.
