Provided is an automatic dishwashing system which may determine a type and a state of each dish, allow a robot to safely pick the dish up, and store the dish at a prescribed storage position, in a state where dishes are conveyed on a conveyor at three-dimensionally different angles.　An automatic dishwashing system according to an embodiment of the present invention is characterized by being provided with: a dish insertion part; a dish washing part; a dish conveying part; a dish information acquisition part which identifies a dish and acquires information about the dish; a dish placing part; and a dish pickup unit, wherein the acquisition information acquired by the dish information acquisition part includes at least one among the type, size, shape, color, position, orientation, direction, marker, or the code of the dish. When the dish information acquisition part identifies a dish which is being conveyed in the dish conveying part, the dish pickup part picks the dish up in correspondence to the state of the dish on the basis of the information acquired by the dish information acquisition part.
