Abstract:
An automatic disk loading machine for a motor rotor, which is mounted at a tail end of a feeding belt (37), and comprising a gripping device (1), a moving device and a disk carrying device. The gripping device (1) comprises a gripping jaw (2) and a positioning plate (3), a telescopic mechanism is provided on the gripping jaw (2), and one side of the telescopic mechanism is connected to a rotating mechanism; the moving device comprises a vertical guide assembly, a horizontal guide assembly is provided on the vertical guide assembly, the vertical guide assembly comprises a vertical guide rail (14) and a gripper (15), and a vertical ram (16) is provided on the gripper (15); the disk carrying device comprises a material disk (23), transport fluency strips (24), and disk unloading fluency strips (25); a disk loading station (26) is provided at the connection points of the transport fluency strips (24) and the disk unloading fluency strips (25); and a positioning and transferring assembly is provided on the disk loading station (26). The gripping jaw (2) grips the rotor and changes the orientation thereof. By means of the cooperation of the vertical guide assembly and the horizontal guide assembly, the gripper (15) accurately places the rotor in the material disk (23). The disk loading process is fully automated and intelligently controlled, and material retrieving, orientation changing and disk loading are performed together. The production process is highly consistent, and the production efficiency is effectively improved.
