Abstract:
The present invention relates to an automatic dosing unit (1) which is suitable for use in dishwashers or washing machines, comprising a casing (22); a motor (2) which is arranged in the casing (22); a piston (3) which is moved by the motor (2); a dosing receptacle (4) having an inlet (3) and an outlet (6); and a control unit (7) which drives the motor (2) so as to enable the cleaning agents in the dosing receptacle (4) to be dosed by means of the movement of the piston (3).
