Abstract:
Disclosed is an automatic drawing apparatus for leather drawing, the apparatus comprising a drawing table and an automatic pen changing mechanism. For the drawing table in the present invention, a negative pressure suction method is skillfully utilized, and cooperates with a pressing wheel and a rolling wheel, such that leather is laid flat; furthermore, a two-axis timing-belt slide table and a lifting mechanism cooperate to achieve automatic drawing, and the drawing efficiency is thus greatly improved. For the automatic pen changing mechanism, drawing pens are arranged in a rotating body and cooperate with an abutting block, such that the automatic changing of the drawing pens is achieved; moreover, the position of the drawing pen in use after being changed remains unchanged, and original point repositioning does not need to be conducted. Elastic mechanisms match mounting holes by means of threads, such that rapid dismounting and mounting thereof are realized. An upper cover body is fixed to a connecting housing by means of fixing screws, such that the upper cover body is rapidly dismounted and mounted, and the drawing pens are rapidly mounted. Furthermore, by means of the positioning of unthreaded holes and threaded holes, it is ensured that the relative positions of the upper cover body and the connecting housing remain unchanged.
