Abstract:
An automatic feeding and discharging machining system, comprising: a storage assembly for storing workpieces (9); a positioning mechanism (7) provided on a workbench; and a conveying mechanism used for conveying workpieces to be machined from the storage assembly to the positioning mechanism, and conveying the machined workpieces to the storage assembly. The storage assembly comprises a tray (1), a plurality of fixed bases (2), a movement mechanism (3), and a plurality of tooling sub-plates (4) for fixing workpieces, the tooling sub-plates being fixed on the fixed bases, the movement mechanism controlling the movement of the tray, so as to make the positions of the tooling sub-plates correspond to the position of the conveying mechanism. The conveying mechanism comprises: an auxiliary jaw feeding and discharging system (5), provided at one end of a supporting end of the workbench and used for grasping the tooling sub-plates, and moving along the X-axis and/or Y-axis of the machining center; and a spindle jaw feeding and discharging system (6), provided on a machining spindle and used for grasping the tooling sub-plates grasped by the auxiliary jaw feeding and discharging system, and moving along the Z axis of the machining center. The automatic feeding and discharging machining system achieves automatic feeding and discharging functions, and improves the working efficiency and the consistency of workpiece machining.
