Abstract:
An automatic feeding and discharging manipulator device for a numerical control milling machine. The device comprises a working platform (1), an XYZ three-axis transmission system (2), a tooth blank storage plate group mechanism (31), a tooth blank conveying mechanism (32), a pneumatic ejector pin mechanism (33), a core rod penetrating type discharging mechanism (5), and an inner tensioning hydraulic chuck (11) installed on a first side of the working platform (1) and used for fixing a tooth blank (319) for machining, and the axial direction of the inner tensioning hydraulic chuck (11) is the Y-axis direction. By means of the arrangement, direct refitting can be carried out in a machine shell of an existing numerical control milling machine, automatic feeding and discharging can be completed efficiently, and the problems that an existing truss type manipulator and an articulated arm type manipulator are large in terms of space occupied and have a relatively large feeding and discharging stroke are solved.
