An automatic feeding system for a yarn trolley (7) and an automatic feeding method using said system. Said system comprises a front guiding device (1), a front conveying section (2), a middle conveying section (3) and a rear conveying section (4) which are sequentially provided. A bottom part of the middle conveying section (3) is connected to a rotary device (5), a bottom part of the rotary device (5) is fixed on a foundation surface, and the rotary device (5) drives the middle conveying section (3) to rotate in the horizontal direction. The front guiding device (1) is fixed on the ground, and the front conveying section (2) and the rear conveying section (4) are fixed on the foundation surface. The foundation surface is formed by the ground extending downwards, the height of the foundation surface is lower than that of the ground, and the yarn trolley (7) sequentially passes the front guiding device (1), the front conveying section (2), the middle conveying section (3) and the rear conveying section (4) to perform conveying forward.
