Abstract:
An automatic forming process for a storage basket, comprising the following steps: lifting the heights of a storage basket mounting block (16) and a fixed mold (11), to enable the storage basket mounting block to be higher than clamping blocks (13); placing a frame (2) in the fixed mold, clamping the frame (2) by the clamping blocks, placing a storage basket (3) in the storage basket mounting block, performing mold clamping of the forming mold, the storage basket mounting block and a movable mold (12) clamping the storage basket tightly, the movable mold pressing the storage basket mounting block and the fixed mold to an initial state, and push blocks (14) on the fixed mold pushing the inner side surfaces of the peripheral walls of the storage basket to keep the storage basket in a tensioned forming state, and the movable mold continuously pressing down until a skirt (31) of the storage basket and the frame are preliminarily pressed together tightly and locked; the movable mold stopping pressing down, and resetting the push blocks; the movable mold continuing to press down until the skirt is completely connected to the frame, separating the movable mold and the fixed mold, resetting the clamping blocks, and taking the storage basket out of the fixed mold. The automatic forming mold for a storage basket comprises a fixed mold and a movable mold, a plurality of upgradeable clamping blocks are provided on the fixed mold, a liftable storage basket mounting block is provided at the middle of the fixed mold, a plurality of push blocks are provided below the storage basket mounting block, a storage basket is fitted over the storage basket mounting block, a forming area is formed between the clamping blocks and the storage basket mounting block, and a frame is accommodated in the forming area. The automatic forming process and mold for a storage basket solve the problems of low production efficiency and high production cost of manual basket production.
