Abstract:
Provided is an automatic hole-making method with self-adapting adjustment of processing parameter, comprising the following steps: performing cutter feeding, detecting whether the rotation speed is changed or not, and if the rotation speed is changed, judging the type of the processing material according to the new rotation speed after stabilization (if the rotation speed is not changed, the cutter feeding is continued), the cutter is fed according to the processing parameter suitable for the material, detecting whether the rotation speed is changed or not, if the rotation speed is changed, judging whether the hole making processing is finished or not according to the new rotation speed after stabilization (if the rotation speed is not changed, the cutter feeding is continued), if the hole making processing is finished, the cutter is returned according to the set parameter (if the hole making processing is not finished, judging the type of the processing material according to the new rotation speed after stabilization, and the above steps are repeated), and the hole making is completed. When the present invention performs the hole-making process, the type of the material of each processing hole workpiece does not need to be known in advance, and the processing parameter does not need to be set for each material respectively; the cutter does not need to be axially aligned, and the processing parameter can be automatically changed after the cutter is in contact with the workpiece; the total thickness of the material of each processing hole does not need to be known in advance, the feeding stroke does not need to be set respectively, automatic recognition is conducted after the cutter cuts through the workpiece and the cutter starts to return.
