Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an automatic inkjet printing device for mechanical parts, comprising a transmission gear, a half-tooth gear, a transmission chain, an automatic inkjet printer main body, clamping members, a push plate, and a collection box; support plates are symmetrically fixed on the front and rear surfaces of the transmission gear and are located on the two sides of the transmission chain; a strip-shaped groove is formed in the top surface of each support plate, a side plate and a slide plate penetrate through the insides of the two strip-shaped grooves respectively, the side plate is fixedly connected to the push plate, and the slide plate is fixedly connected to the push plate; sawteeth are provided on the surface of the side of the side plate which is located inside the strip-shaped groove, a driving gear is connected to the surface of one side of the sawteeth in a meshed manner, the driving gear is rotatably connected to the support plate by means of a rotating shaft, and one end of the rotating shaft extends to the outside of the support plate; guide blocks are fixed to the surfaces of the two ends of the slide plate which are located inside the strip-shaped groove, and guide grooves fitted with the guide blocks are symmetrically provided on the surfaces of the strip-shaped groove and located on the two sides of the slide plate. The provision of the driving gear facilitates the adjustment of the height of the push plate, so as to abut against mechanical parts having different specifications, and facilitates collection.
