Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system for automatically laminating a material for making a spar cap used in a blade, the system comprising: a mold part on which a spar cap base is mounted; a rail part which is provided at either side of the mold part and extends along the longitudinal direction of the spar cap base; a movement part which is coupled to the rail part and reciprocally moves; and a roll holding part which is installed on the movement part and to which a spar cap supply roll is connected to be spaced apart from the spar cap base. Accordingly, the automatic lamination system made of a spar cap material of a large wind composite blade, according to the present invention, can automatically laminate a plurality of fiber layers by reciprocally moving the spar cap material of a certain width in the longitudinal direction.
