Abstract:
A metal mold replacing machine for injection molding machines, that provides a simply constructed and simply operable, automatic metal mold replacing machine. This machine is provided with a turntable having thereon a plurality of metal mold loading portions which are spaced from one another at a predetermined angle, and a carriage movable to and from a metal mounting portion and the turntable. This machine is characterized in that a transfer means provided on the carriage engages with and disengages from a metal mold, whereby the metal mold is carried in and out between the turntable and metal mold mounting portion according to the movement of the carriage.
