Abstract:
An automatic mold opening/closing mechanism, comprising an upper mold (2), a lower mold (4) and a bottom plate (5). The lower mold (4) is fixedly arranged on the bottom plate (5), a plurality of guide columns (3) are arranged between the upper mold (2) and the lower mold (4), an upper end of the upper mold (2) is in communication with an oil cylinder (1) by means of a piston rod (11), and the upper mold (2) can move up and down along the guide columns (3) under the action of the oil cylinder (1) to perform a mold opening or closing action; accommodating boxes (6) with openings in upper ends thereof are fixedly arranged on a left side and a right side of the lower mold (4), limiting blocks (65) are fixedly arranged on front side walls and rear side walls in the accommodating boxes (6), and an arc-shaped face which is arched inwards is arranged in the middle of each limiting block (65); and two elastic members (73) symmetrically arranged to the front and back are fixedly arranged on a side wall of the upper mold (2) right above the accommodating box (6), and an arc-shaped pressing part (74) matching the limiting block (65) is arranged in the middle of each elastic member (73). By means of the arrangement of the elastic members (73), the limiting blocks (65), a mold locking block (7), a first clamping block (62), an iron block (21) and a permanent magnetic chuck (41), the self-locking of multiple positions can be achieved while mold closing is conducted, and the energy consumption of mold locking is reduced.
