Abstract:
An automatic pick-up mechanism (200), comprising a control system and a rack (210) having a pick-up platform (217). A left guide rail (215) and a right guide rail (216) are provided on the left and right ends of the top of the rack (210) respectively. The left guide rail (215) and the right guide rail (216) are spaced from each other at a distance so as to form a pick-up channel (218) located therebetween. A clamping assembly (220) and a driving assembly (230) are provided in the pick-up channel (218). Driven by the driving assembly (230), the clamping assembly (220) can move back and forth in the pick-up channel (218). The clamping assembly (220) and the driving assembly (230) are electrically connected to the control system. The pick-up mechanism can enhance processing and assembling precision, reduce the labor intensity of an operator, improve production efficiency, and ensure safe production.
