Abstract:
An automatic polishing system, comprising a workbench (100), a transmitting device, polishing devices (200, 300) and a control device. The transmitting device is provided with a transmitting surface and a transmission drive device driving the transmitting surface to move transversely. Each polishing device is provided with a support part (202, 302), a clamp arm and a clamp (204, 304). Each polishing device is provided with a transverse drive device (208, 308) for driving the support part to move transversely, a longitudinal drive device (209, 309) for driving the support part to move longitudinally, a transverse rotation drive device (210, 310) for driving the clamp arm to rotate along a horizontal direction, a longitudinal rotation drive device (211, 311) for driving the clamp to rotate along a vertical direction and a rotation drive device for driving the clamp to rotate relative to the clamp arm. Each polishing device is further provided with a polishing shaft (206, 306), a polishing rotation device for driving the polishing shaft to rotate and a polishing drive device for driving the polishing shaft to reciprocate towards the clamp. The present invention also relates to an automatic polishing method. The polishing device and method achieve accurate polishing and have good polishing effect.
