Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of automated material pick-up trays, and in particular to an automatic positioning and traction mechanism, comprising a substrate, a linear transmission module mounted on the substrate, a material tray traction device transmitted by the linear transmission module, and a driving module mounted on one end of the substrate and used for driving the material tray traction device. The material tray traction device comprises a transmission seat, a first clamping transmission assembly and a second clamping transmission assembly mounted on the surface of the transmission seat, and a guide assembly mounted on the transmission seat; and an elastic assembly is provided between the first clamping transmission assembly and the second clamping transmission assembly. According to the present invention, the driving module is used to drive the material tray traction device to fix a material tray, and after the fixation, the material tray traction device performs traction and conveying, so as to facilitate material pick-up by the material tray.
