Abstract:
Disclosed is an automatic preparation device for a composite heat storage material. The automatic preparation device comprises a negative-pressure conveying and dispensing system (1); a mixing system (2), an inlet of the mixing system (2) being connected to an outlet of the negative-pressure conveying and dispensing system (1) by means of a first pipeline (13), and the negative-pressure conveying and dispensing system (1) conveying various raw materials to the mixing system (2) according to proportions; a packaging system (3), an inlet of the packaging system (3) being in communication with an outlet of the mixing system (2) by means of a second pipeline (23), and the packaging system (3) being configured to sub-package a finished product made of the various raw materials; and an electric control system (5), which is respectively connected to the negative-pressure conveying and dispensing system (1), the mixing system (2) and the packaging system (3), and is configured to control the dispensing of the negative-pressure conveying and dispensing system (1) according to the input proportions and control the operation of the negative-pressure conveying and dispensing system (1), the mixing system (2) and the packaging system (3). The automatic and continuous mixing of a composite heat storage material is realized by providing the negative-pressure conveying and dispensing system (1), the mixing system (2), the packaging system (3) and the electric control system (5).
