Abstract:
An automatic pressing thermal-transfer printing device, comprising a body (1), a driving mechanism (m), a hot pressing plate assembly (H), and a mount (3). The body (1) is provided with an upper support (1.1) extending horizontally, and the upper support (1.1) is designed with a drive mounting area (1.10). The driving mechanism (m) comprises a motor (m1) mounted in the body, a reduction gear (m2) and a transmission gear member mounted in the drive mounting area (1.10), and a lead screw nut pair (R), and the upper end of a lead screw (R1) of the lead screw nut pair (R) is fixedly connected to the middle part of the reduction gear (m2). The hot pressing plate assembly (H) is arranged below the upper support (1.1), the middle part of the hot pressing plate assembly is fixedly connected to a nut (R2) of the lead screw nut pair (R), and the hot pressing plate assembly is driven, by means of rotation of the lead screw (R1), to move up and down. The mount (3) is arranged below the hot pressing plate assembly (H) and is used for providing support for a thermal-transfer printing object. The reduction gear is fixedly connected to the upper end of the lead screw, the hot pressing plate assembly is fixedly connected to the lead screw nut, the motor is in transmitting connection with the reduction gear by means of the transmission gear member, and the driving mechanism is designed in the body, so that the size and weight of the product are reduced, and the cost is reduced.
