Abstract:
An automatic processing apparatus for a nubuck leather surface, comprising a device frame (11), wherein a polishing mechanism (81) is provided on the upper portion of the device frame (11); the polishing mechanism (81) comprises a horizontal rack (10) fixedly provided on the upper portion of the device frame (11); an upper slide groove (64) having a forward opening is provided on the device frame (11); a left slide block (42) and a right slide block (53) are slidably provided in the upper slide groove (64); a left support rod (41) is fixedly provided on the front end surface of the left slide block (42); a left support plate (37) is fixedly provided at the front end of the left support rod (41); a horizontal slide groove (50) having a forward opening is provided on the left support plate (37); a vertical slide block (51) is slidably provided in the horizontal slide groove (50). The apparatus can implement automation of a nubuck leather processing process, and implements an automatic processing process from leather to nubuck leather.
