Provided is a technology which automatically performs quality control of a blood cell analyzer, so that the waste of time and manpower can be minimized in order to automate the quality management tasks that are repeatedly performed every day and which minimizes errors in quality control. The automatic quality control device of a blood cell analyzer, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a reagent storage unit which is installed in a blood cell analyzer and in which at least one reagent used for quality control of the blood cell analyzer is refrigerated and stored; a moving means, installed between the reagent storage unit and a blood cell test unit of the blood cell analyzer, for moving at least one reagent from the reagent storage unit to the blood cell test unit; and a quality-control control unit which controls the operation of the moving means, receives, from the blood cell test unit, result information according to the quality control using the reagent, determines whether or not quality control has been passed, and outputs the determination result information on whether or not the quality control has been passed through a output means of the blood cell analyzer.
