Abstract:
An automatic rod storage mechanism for a drilling machine, comprising an upper support arm (14) and a lower support arm (24); a rod storage rotation driving device is mounted on a side face of the upper support arm (14), the rod storage rotation driving device is connected to one end of a central rod (4), the other end of the central rod (4) is rotatably mounted in the lower support arm (24), and fixing clamps (6) and a separation wheel (5) are mounted on the periphery of a middle part of the central rod (4); an upper part of each fixing clamp (6) is an elastic opening (6-1), and a lower part of the elastic opening (6-1) is a rod storage elastic arc surface (6-2). The mechanism has a simple structure and occupies a small space; rotation power is derived from a worm reducer which has stable output and good self-locking performance and is easy to purchase and convenient to maintain; an angle sensor and a photoelectric sensor are used for mutual signal verification, allowing high reliability; and a drill rod fixing clamp is made of a spring steel material, improving the usage reliability of the present device, and improving the durability.
