Abstract:
An automatic roll discharging and core feeding device, comprising left and right winding shaft supports (11). A clamping assembly (3) is further disposed behind the left winding shaft support; the clamping assembly comprises a clamping plate support (30); the clamping plate support is further mounted with an air nozzle joint (34) and a proximity switch (35) configured to sense the position of a winding shaft (1); the left end of the air nozzle joint is connected to a two-way solenoid valve; a transverse guide rail (22) extending transversely is further disposed on the right of the clamping assembly; a carrying trolley (2) is mounted on the transverse guide rail; left and right roll discharging swing arms (4) capable of swinging back and forth and left and right longitudinal overhead rails (51) are further disposed; a vertical suspension arm (52) is mounted on each of the longitudinal overhead rails in a manner that the vertical suspension arm (52) can slide back and forth; the lower end of the vertical suspension arm is mounted with a mechanical gripper (53); a support arm assembly (6) is further disposed aside the transverse guide rail. Also comprised is an automatic roll discharging and core feeding method. The automatic roll discharging and core feeding device and the automatic roll discharging and core feeding method have a high degree of automation, require no lifting of a top plate (21) of a carrying trolley, and achieve a compact structure.
